SHIPPING

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. The only exception is if your item is on pre-order. If you’d like to cancel a pre-ordered item, please email us with your order number, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Why isn't my payment going through?

Please double-check that you’re entering the correct billing address and zip code associated with your credit card. Also, note that credit card payments require a minimum order amount of $0.50.

Will I be charged right away when I place an order?

Yes. Your card will be charged immediately at checkout. For your security, we do not store payment details.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it. You can track your order anytime at 17track.net using your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I track my order? What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day guarantee from the purchase date. Most items* may be returned or exchanged during this window if they are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached). Only items purchased directly from www.order-oasis.com are eligible.

 Is there a fee for returning? 

  • Mail-in returns: $8.00 processing fee (deducted from refund).
  • Return Bar drop-off: $4.00 processing fee (deducted from refund).
  • Exchanges: Always free.

When will I receive my refund? 

For mail-in returns, refunds are typically issued once the carrier scans your package. Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear back in your original payment method.

My package arrived damaged - what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at contactus@order-oasis.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Our team will quickly work on a solution.

Can I ship my return back on my own?

Yes. If you’d like to arrange your own return shipping (instead of using our prepaid label), please ensure your package is sent within the 30-day return window. Be sure to include a note with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or store credit

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, we recommend using the one that gives you the best savings.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account. You can check out as a guest.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as it’s available again.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All of our products are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Some items may also include a manufacturer’s warranty (check the product description for details).

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through encrypted gateways, and we never store your credit card details for your protection.
